So the same event may cost significantly less, or more for one person over another due to changes in décor selection and design or the venue and delivery/set-up constraints.
Balloons All Over strives to provide the fairest pricing possible to all clients regardless of amount of décor ordered. Clients that order more than one balloon décor item always pay less for multiple items since delivery and set-up are already added in.
