Balloons All Over was established in 1980. Our original company name was “Balloons Over Westboro”. We rapidly outgrew our “Over Westboro” location and had to move up in store size and changed our name to “Balloons All Over.” Our new name represents how we truly do travel “All Over” to create our fabulous balloon designs. We have been known to travel to Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine all in one day to decorate with our wonderful balloon art work (not to mention covering our customers in Massachusetts)!  You will find that we are the only decorating company with our own balloon showroom and retail store. And I would even bet that we are the only true balloon store in New England. We ONLY sell balloons and products that support balloons.
